Rates

Basic Hourly Rate for On-site Service: $100/hr.
M-F 8AM-6PM. One-hour minimum. Labor billed in 15 minute increments. No charge for travel time to sites within Marin County. Night and weekend rate $180/hr. on-site. Consultations are generally considered labor, unless otherwise agreed beforehand.
Work conducted in Marintellect's shop billed at $100/hr. minus bench time (while computer is running diagnostics, software updates and other procedures that do not require direct attention). Bench time discount does not apply to on-site work.

Service Contract Rate: Service contracts are available for a flat monthly fee that reflects significant savings over the basic hourly rate. Click here for more information.

Design/Install Bid: Please contact Marintellect to discuss your project and we will evaluate if you are eligible for a discounted rate, based on the detail and scope of work you provide.

Home Theater Consult: Preliminary consultation on home theater design and component selection is billable, but up to one hour of consulting time will be credited to home theater installation jobs of 8 or more hours.

System Overhaul Rate: $250 flat fee to reformat hard drive, reinstall operating system, device drivers, basic applications and security software. This procedure generally takes 6 hours or more to complete and is the only guaranteed way to eliminate all viruses, spyware and other cumulative software-related issues from your system, restoring it to factory-new condition or better.
